We are looking to hire a Senior Accounts/Finance Manager 10+ years experience in the GCC preferably with experience in the IT/Real estate industry.

Duties and Responsibilities will be :

Overall Responsibility of the Finance as well as HR of the Business

Implementation of Management Accounting Reports as well Implementing numerous policies and effective controls for smooth functioning of the business

Providing Sound business practices into the property development business portfolio

Strategy formulation with the Top management of the company which includes the business owners

Project feasibility analysis

Management of Property Sale Transactions

Bank Relationship as well as other investor and partners management

Cash Flows , Creditors , Debtors Management for both IT and Property Portfolios

Tenant Management, Leases , Cash Collection, Internal Audit

Preparing VAT and other Statutory Reporting, Payroll

Must handle the Books Closing monthly and Yearly and Finalization of Accounts

Good Communication Skills and Fluency in English is a must. The Candidate must have knowledge of working in ERP software.

Salary: AED7,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
