Job Description
•Experience in an Industrial (Powder) Coating / Paint Manufacturing Plant or Laboratory.
•Manage the 24×7 production of industrial paints and coatings in a safe and efficient environment and implementing improvements to processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
•Manpower, resource and raw material planning and management
•Production and cost planning and management
•Plant and equipment planning and management
•Ensure production equipment is properly maintained and repairs are expedited when equipment downtime is experienced
•Ensuring all production meets quality assurance standards
