Your Role – Challenging And Future-Oriented!
- Your activities will span from overseeing high-profile projects to providing hands-on, content-driven support. You will be reporting directly to the Lead Country CEO.
- You will support strategic decision making and will regularly prepare Shareholder Board and other executive management meetings.
- You will engage with regional management and key functions on a broad variety of topics.
- You will work in a fast-paced and interdisciplinary environment.

More details:
- Sustainability manager driving the sustainability topics and initiatives in the region including CSR activities in the UAE, as well as implementation of DEGREE and ESG Risk Framework in the region
- Country program manager to successfully drive the regional Siemens Xccelerator activation within the LC with nominated team from across the businesses and countries
- LC coordinator of NPS activities, driving the successful yearly NPS with dedicated cross business and cross countries dedicated NPS team
- PM in leading cross-business and cross-functional teams to successfully accomplish any global carve out activities in the UAE
- Leading cross-functional team of experts in successful implementation and improvement of MoIAT ICV program
- Organization of annual Shareholder and Partner Day together with CEO EA, COM and with local stakeholders and Siemens global Executives
- Managing the meeting cadence for the executive leadership team, company strategy retreats, business conferences and monitoring and follow up on identified action items
- Driving agenda and briefing preparations, collaboration with MBM offices, local Businesses and other stakeholders
- Preparation of CEO JF documents with MBM
- Driving agenda and materials preparation in liaising with other stakeholders to ensure successful shareholder meetings in the UAE
- Developing hired EGP within EXEC-OFFICE
- Driving ad hoc topics and inquiries from the business and countries for CEO/CFO
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
- The basis for your success is an excellent academic track record: university qualification in business, economics or engineering.
- 10 years+ relevant professional experience in international business development, project and/or partnership management.
- Ability to coordinate complex and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent business network. Knowledge of Middle East market and Siemens customer base is a clear asset.
- Strong commercial awareness, sharp business sense and analytical skills.
- Passionate about learning, coaching, innovation and technology.
- Comfortable in multi-national environments and off the beaten track. You see problems as opportunities, have a growth mindset, challenge the status quo and permanently strive for outstanding results.
- Diplomatic and have a strong emotional intelligence. Independent, self-driven and self-motivated with the ability to build and develop strong relationships.
- Effective communications skills, especially with regard to positioning ideas and delivering key messages at all levels.
- Excellent and professional PowerPoint and Excel skills in business presentations and reports.
- Fluent in English
- Arabic and German is of advantage.
