YourRole – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
Inthis role you will be responsible for promoting, marketing and pre-salesactivities of the assigned portfolio of Digital Industry Process AutomationProducts. You shall be working in close coordination with Digital Industry (DI)Sales Reps with their customers and provide them technical know-how build upsupport and devise BOQ formulation to their engineers. You will lead assignedportfolio and ensure customer intimacy and coordination with DI Sales Reps /Front Line Sales Managers.
Youwill also;
- Pushassigned portfolio and support business segment lead for profitable growththrough Product Positioning, Promotion, Pricing, and Pre-Sales activities forregional customers and channels (partners), supporting DI Sales (both Area& Vertical).
- Supportsegment lead in driving Partner and system integrators using assigned portfolio.
- Supportsegment lead in Identification of assigned portfolio market potential andmaintain the CRM tool to increase market transparency.
- Closecoordination with DI Sales FSM (Front Line Sales Managers) / Sales Reps toincrease the market share with regional customers, using the sales steering andchannel expansion concept (WIN, HARVEST, EXPAND).
- Identificationof New Customer and Customer Base Expansion including Solution Partners in therespective Process Automation Business Segment in close coordination withRegional Partner Developer and/or Partner Management.
- Supportsegment lead in yearly Bottom-Up Sales Planning (jointly with DI Sales Reps).
- RegularlyOrganize Road Shows / Webinars / Marketing & Promotion event in the regionfor assigned portfolio.
QualificationsAnd Skills – Digital And Solid!
- Bachelor’s in ElectricalEngineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or other equivalentqualification.
- 2 – 3 years’experience in Process Automation: product portfolio related Promotion,Positioning, Pricing, Competition and Account Development in the Middle East.
- Knowledge ofAutomation and Control, DCS system, PCS 7, and Safety system
- Able to read electricaldrawings, P&IDs, Process schemes.
- Quantity Survey& Estimation
- Able to understandtechnical specification & Automation standards applicable to UAE.
- Able to Understandthe Logic diagram and knows Programming in CFC, LAD, STL, SFC, FBD language
- Basic know-how ofall the Electrical & Control systems as well as related Safety NORMS andStandards, IEC 61511
- MS Office Tools / ITTools and Applications
- Project experienceis NOT required but could be an added advantage. However, Process automationportfolio offering, and Competition know-how is a MUST.
- Ability to coach andmanage small product promotion team would be an added advantage from future perspective.
- Arabic language isan advantage.
