Your tasks and responsibilities

• Add value for strategic sales for Ultrasound and package deals
• Accountable for MS gain development within the geography
• The successful management, and execution of all day-to-day sales KPI deliverables
• Funnel review, Forecast review & consolidation for the entire geography of MESA
• Create the right synergy with each SHS legal entities for MM & ES business
• Accountable for Ultrasound Equipment Top line and bottom line
• The MESA Offer to Order (OTO) process, managing Salesforce implementation
• Manage and develop the Sub-zone leaders
• The position is accountable for monthly / quarterly / yearly Forecast target achievement
• Management and escalation of major deals and Key Accounts in alignment with Management, Sales Ops and Finance
• Creating dashboards and reports to measure and support funnel management, marketing initiatives, competitive intelligence and win rate
• Work in close collaboration with marketing leader
• Managing the weekly equipment backlog review running analytics to drive accuracy in monthly revenue and unit forecasts
• Working closely with the UAE GM & Finance leader in preparing information and documentation needed for Review and MTA/MBR budget planning sessions
• Supporting the General Manager for all kind of sales activities
• Take ownership on “special project” as business development leader

Your qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field
• 10 years’ experience in Sales management & in healthcare products; ideally Ultrasound
• Experience in managing a multi-faceted sales operations business and organization strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Communication skill and network skill with SHS LE Sales Management
• Middle East business experience is a must
