Tasks and responsibilities:
– – You will support us to drive digitalization and process optimization to improve our workflows and interfaces
- You will assist us with order processing (creating, tracking, and clarifying orders and deliveries)
- You will assist the Customer Care Center team in daily tasks
- You will support us to improve our monitoring reports and to develop new dashboards
Qualifications and Skills:
– – You are studying industrial engineering, business informatics, Biomedical or a related course of study
- You are very familiar with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, macro creation)
- Ideally, you have expertise in databases, VBA programming and BI tools (such as Power BI, Power Apps, …)
Profile:
– – You will be available for at least 6 months, preferably longer
- You are open minded, communicative and have organizational skills
- SAP knowledge or first knowledge is an advantage
- You already have experience in process automation
- You have an affinity for digitalization and process optimization
- Your way of working is reliable, independent, and structured
