Join our Global Business Services (GBS) as the Hire 2 Retire Onboarding Specialist on 12 months contract and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

• Act as single point of contact for new employees
• Responsible as onboarding buddy
• Collection of onboarding & joining documents
• Act as communication personnel to close the gap between candidate & business partner
• Coordinate with candidate at all levels
• Responsible for employee’s smooth joining experience
• Maintaining records of employee related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
• Coordinator between delivery center and business partner
• Auditing of contracts, letters and joining document
• Act as coordinator between all stakeholder, including business partners, delivery center, Visa team and candidate
• Maintain the confidentiality

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

• University degree in HR is desirable
• 03-04 years’ experience in HR operations
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Expertise in MS Office
