Your tasks and responsibilities

• You will facilitate the contracting of new Business Partners for Sales, wherein guide through the Compliance Due Diligence process for new partners, following which you will be responsible for the onboarding of partners.
• You will be responsible for facilitating the signing of Agency and Distributor Agreements and the related Supplemental Agreements ensuring that active contracts are always maintained.
• You will work together with Country / Sales Managers to ensure Partner Targets for the fiscal year are agreed upon and finalized within the allocated time.
• You will work together with Country / Sales Managers on the Business Partner Strategy to present an overview of the development of market, business opportunities, trends in the said geography
• You will develop, deliver and measure customized training packages to enhance Business Partner skill levels (sales soft skills, service and application, compliance) in liaison with the relevant topic owners.
• You will be responsible for the timely cascading of information to Business Partners for all Sales and Customer Services related topics, while ensuring access to all relevant tools, marketing collaterals, trainings, data and information
• You will operationally drive and implement roll out of global Partner Management projects in the assigned geography
• Together with Compliance, you will conduct regular trainings for raising understanding of BPG processes and quality
• You will maintain overviews of Business Partner progress, performance, trainings, status of compliance renewals and Distribution agreements
• You will closely maintain relationship with Partner Management office in HQ to engage in best practice sharing and learnings to better the Business Partner Governance process.
• You will support the other Business Partner Governance Managers in the Zone to collectively deliver on projects

Your qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing, or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of experience.
• Good understanding of in-direct Sales Channel Management.
• Proficient in using tools / applications to generate performance reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solid command on English. Command over Arabic language will be a plus.
• Self-driven and results oriented
• Team player who can lead different stakeholders to the desired goal
