Job Overview
We are seeking a Beauty Salon Manager to be in charge of our salon’s day to day operations.
As a Beauty Salon Manager, you will be responsible to conduct sales by attending and respond to customer enquiries, keep all relevant records and supervise staff. You should also be able to promote our services and products to clients.
You will assist in boosting customer satisfaction so they leave the salon content with our services. You should possess up to date knowledge related to the beauty industry.

Responsibilities
• Attend to customers call and achieve sales by bookings
• Supervising activities and salon operations.
• Assisting in hiring and training beauticians as required.
• Arranging and managing the salon employee’s work schedules, considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.
• Maintaining records of staff members which includes their salaries and working schedules.
• Advertising and promoting services, offers, and discounts via social media.
• Monitoring stock and ordering beauty products as and when required.
• Tracking the payments received from clients.
• Offering discount bundles and running online competitions to attract new clients.
• Ensuring proper cleaning of beauty salon equipment and tools after use and following hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
• Maintaining records of all transactions and presenting it to the beauty or hair salon owners.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• 3 years of work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager, Beauty Therapist or a similar role.
• Certification in Beauty Therapy
• Proficient with all skin and hair treatments.
• Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
• Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with elegance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
• Good numerical abilities.
• A keen eye on details.
• Good time management skills.
