Job responsibilities1、Responsible for the personnel management of the personnel of the front office department(1) at any time to find the department has the potential of talent, into the focus of training, recommended into the company’s talent pool;2)Responsible for the department’s staff scheduling attendance and personnel dynamic work.3)Supervise the department staff to pay attention to the guests’ movement, and do a good job in the patrol work of preventing running orders;.4)Supervise the cashier to do a good job of financial custody and confidentiality, and do a good job of anti-theft, anti-robbery and business secrets;(5) do a good job of the company’s collection of guest complaints, organized into a book, do a weekly analysis of guest complaints report, and submit to the general manager;6) Do a good job of collecting and giving feedback on guests’ opinions about the restaurant and report to the general manager;7) Supervise staff to treat every guest with standard service;8) Maintain the order of the peak checkout period and do a good job of guest triage;,9)Responsible for dealing with emergencies in the department, guest complaints;Job requirements1.More than three years experience in restaurant or hotel service management2.Fluent in English, can handle guest complaints, speak Chinese is preferred.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per monthLanguage:English (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Dubai (Required)Ability to Relocate:Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required)
