SHARAF DG LLC Hiring for Senior Executive, Ecommerce at Dubai Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Platform Management:
a. Ensure daily orders as per the Order Management Systems are picked and kept available for collection by last mile providers

b. Audit product listings, pricing, and promotions on the platform.

c. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure availability of products.

d. Regular interaction with Order Management System team for operational efficiencies

e. Provide assistance to Warehouse operations when required

Customer Experience:
a. Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers – internal & external.

b. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.

c. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.

Analytics and Reporting:
a. Track and analyze ecommerce metrics, such as daily orders, fulfilled orders, conversion rates, and average order value and others

b. Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving ecommerce performance.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.

• Experience in managing ecommerce platforms, Supply Chain operations, inventory etc.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, Order management systems, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
