As Chef De Cuisine, we rely on you to:
Manage the daily operation of the Vietnamese kitchen outlet

Ensure the food quality is always of high standards

Ensure in maximising profitability

Support the Executive Chef in daily operation

We are looking for someone who:
Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef in an upscale Vietnamese Restaurant

Apprenticeship in Culinary

Background and speciality in authentic Vietnamese cuisine

Enjoys being challenged

Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
