Our 98,000 employees operate a network of 2,650 offices and laboratories, working together to enable a better, safer and more interconnected world.We are currently hiring Regional Compliance Manager who will be responsible for promoting a culture of integrity within the region and for setting up and supervising regional/local compliance structures to manage integrity risks as well as perform integrity assessments, and investigations.Job DescriptionPromote corporate integrity rules, policies, and guidelines in the regionAdvise on the implementation and monitoring of integrity controls in regional/local operational processesCollaborate with regional/local internal and external stakeholders to manage integrity risksInvestigate compliance concerns, reports of misconduct, or potential violations. Take appropriate corrective action and report findings to managementEmpower, engage, educate, and train management and employees on integrity risksConduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risksCollaborate with various departments, such as legal, finance, and human resources, to address compliance-related issuesStay informed about changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance compliance processesPerform periodic field visits in the regionQualificationsUniversity degree in law, business management or similar fields 10+ years of relevant professional experience working in similar industries in multinational organizationsExperience working with risk, ethics, integrity and/or compliance in Middle East with international or regional responsibilitiesCertified Fraud Examiner qualifiedExperience working within a matrix organizationExperience in conducting internal audits, investigations, and assessments to identify and rectify compliance issuesExcellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
