What Skills do You need?

Good communication skills in English (any other language is desirable) proven sales experience selling high-value products, with negotiation, and closing skills Discipline and a positive mindset The desire to grow personally & financially

· At least 1 year experience in the Real Estate Industry (Recommended)

· With a Driver’s license (Big Advantage)

· Solid Sales Track Record

· Ability to generate own listings, generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients

· To work smart, put in the hours, and reap the rewards.
