Software Engineer will be responsible to Develop, Implement, Maintain Avaya contact center solutions/Applications.
“* Experience in Avaya Orchestration Designer and Java based contact center implmentations

Familiar with the API-driven development approach to create and consume services from external parties using RESTful, GRPC, XML, XSLT, and JSON

Worked with microservices architecture / various Middleware integrations

Work in a development environment composed of mainstream platforms and tools (Java, Spring Boot, Sonar, Jenkins) and Avaya development tools (Orchestration Designer, Breeze, Oceana, AES)”

Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervision and should be able to work independently from onshore.
Experience in key activities like Requirements Gathering and driving solution workshops.
Identify the pain areas in the architecture and suggest & implement the improvements.
Experience in following best Implementation, Documentation standards and practices
Identify new enhancements and upgrades for customers”
