Job Description
Develop and implement robust ITIL-based service management frameworks, including incident management and disaster recovery plans.
Design and implement effective service models, OLAs, and SLAs to meet business requirements.
Oversee service delivery operations, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to SLAs.
Lead the migration of IT services to cloud platforms and optimise cloud environments for cost-efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve service-related issues.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement process enhancements.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field with an ITIL certification.
Strong experience in service delivery management with a focus on incident management and disaster recovery.
Proven experience in building and implementing ITIL frameworks and service models.
Proven experience in being part of a cloud transformation initiative, including migration
strategies, cost optimisation, and governance.
