Job OverviewAs a Service Associate at Combuzz HR Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:Providing outstanding service to guests with a welcoming demeanor.Taking ownership of the overall guest experience from arrival to departure.Gaining comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to guide guests towards the best choices and enhance their experience.Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of the facilities.Paying close attention to detail by regularly checking in with guests during their visit.Fostering guest satisfaction and engagement at all times.Taking pride in ensuring each guest enjoys their time with us.QualificationsRequired:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service or hospitality role.Positive attitude and enthusiastic energy.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team.Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.Willingness to obtain necessary licensing and certifications.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.Flexibility to work various shifts and schedules.Job Type: Full-timeHours: 6 days per week, up to 54 hours weekly.
