The Operational Excellence Coordinator will coordinate, deliver and improve organizational and functional processes, policies and dashboard towards Operational Excellence. Establish a continuous improvement culture within the contract by working closely with the departmental managers in promoting operational excellence in every task or projects they deliver.

The Operational Excellence Coordinator will coordinate, deliver and improve organizational and functional processes, policies and dashboard towards Operational Excellence. Establish a continuous improvement culture within the contract by working closely with the departmental managers in promoting operational excellence in every task or projects they deliver.
Key accountabilities Coordinate, plan, develop and implement continuous improvement in the contract with the support of department managers. Support commitment to the organization processes and policies and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders on monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing operation and contract performance through use of dashboards. Generate new ideas for process improvement initiatives and provide management with insights.
What we are looking for in our candidates:
Ability to work independently and with others.
Strong presentation skills.
Extremely organized with strong time management skills.
Specific requirements
Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
