The Job Opportunity

This role will focus heavily on internal communications, working closely with divisional departments to communicate effectively internally, managing the internal communications calendar and supporting in the organisation of the annual leadership conference and Pulse Awards ceremony.

The role will also have responsibility for social media – content creation and posting, to raise brand awareness and positioning within key markets whilst representing a strong employer brand.

Key accountabilities Create, manage and execute a structured and clear Internal communications programme in SME whilst promoting Group Initiatives Writing and editing internal communications Briefing the creative design team on graphics needed to support communications Manage and keep up to date annual events calendar, supporting in the management of external events, speaking slots and exhibitor slots. Inclusive of supporting campaigns and collateral. Social media management and content creation to boost engagement, EVP and brand awareness

Support in maximizing external positioning and exposure of Serco specifically in KSA & the UAE, aligned with the defined strategy

Specific requirements Understanding of different communication platforms and methods. Knowledge of digital channels and social media Experience in a marketing role Degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, journalism, business or similar Delivering projects to tight deadlines. Highly competent in MS Office software, Adobe suite experience not necessary but preferred.
