Position OverviewThe Senior Sales Manager for Cluster Operations plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and achieving sales targets across multiple hotel properties. This position is integral to the success of our market strategy and requires a dynamic individual who excels in a competitive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConsistently surpasses individual and segment sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Develops and implements a strategic action plan to solicit new business opportunities.Accountable for meeting objectives as outlined in the market team’s strategic initiatives.Identifies potential clients and sets revenue targets for both existing key accounts and new prospects within the designated market segment.Negotiates room contracts and reviews agreements made by team members, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.Facilitates ongoing communication between the property and the global sales network.Fosters and maintains positive relationships with guests, vendors, colleagues, and the global sales network.Maintains comprehensive records of accounts, contacts, activities, and business details in accordance with Novotel standards.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:Relevant experience in sales within the hospitality industry.A strong focus on guest satisfaction, demonstrating calmness and courtesy at all times.High levels of responsibility and reliability.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
