We are in search of a seasoned Marketing Manager to elevate our marketing strategies and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to showcase our food and beverage offerings across various platforms, including aggregators, takeaway, dine-in, and social media.Perform market analysis and evaluate consumer behavior to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges within the F&B landscape.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams such as Sales, Operations, and Product Development to ensure marketing efforts align with corporate goals.Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, menus, signage, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging clarity.Coordinate the planning and execution of promotional activities, tastings, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and foster customer engagement.Track and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, utilizing data insights to refine future strategies.Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive environment, adjusting marketing approaches as necessary.Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the Food & Beverage sector.Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that enhance brand recognition, drive customer acquisition, and boost revenue across multiple brands.Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and insights for informed marketing decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Innovative thinker with a passion for creativity and staying ahead of market trends.Proficient understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics.Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.Possession of a UAE driving license and readiness to travel as required.
