Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to work with our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and application support. This role requires someone who can work independently and adapt to various on-site environments.Key Responsibilities:Network Administration: Implement and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Internet networks, liaising with internal teams or external vendors/ISPs as needed.Project Support: Contribute IT expertise to factory/office projects, ensuring IT infrastructure meets business requirements.End-User Support: Assist end-users in troubleshooting IT systems and software, and manage caretaker tickets.Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with IT vendors on the installation and troubleshooting of systems, devices, and components to support daily operations.Incident Management: Oversee and resolve incidents, events, and service requests in accordance with SLAs.Contract Compliance: Regularly review maintenance contracts and licenses to ensure compliance.System Maintenance: Maintain existing application systems, workflows, and databases in line with business requirements.Training & Development: Provide training on Digital IT tools to enhance their use and competitive advantage.Project Implementation: Implement local/regional enhancement projects aligned with global and regional strategies by developing or integrating new solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.2-3 years of IT experience, particularly in infrastructure, networking, and application support.Experience interacting with end-users on-site; this is not a help desk role.Familiarity with Cisco switches, routers, and other networking equipment.Demonstrated experience in implementing new technologies.Proficiency in English is required.Advanced skills in MS-Office, Power BI, and experience in creating apps are preferred.Certification in CISCO/Microsoft Power Apps or equivalent is a plus.Ability to work independently and adapt to various on-site environments.Benefits:Family status contract, including visa and medical coverage for spouse and up to 3 children (under 18 years).Life insurance policy for the employee.Annual bonus.Lunch provided at the office.Limited transport service available based on location (a few stops on the bus route).Annual flight ticket allowance for the employee and family.
