Position OverviewAs a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst, you will oversee the services provided by external vendors, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high-quality operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Managed Services vendors to ensure quality assurance in IT operations.Collaborate directly with business users across various sectors to address issues within defined SLAs.Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to validate IT processes through thorough testing, maximizing the value of business investments in IT initiatives.Design and supervise IT processes based on the ITIL framework, including new process development and revisions in collaboration with project teams.Provide technical process and quality support to IT Managed Services Vendors, working closely with project teams on service management and improvement initiatives.Conduct ITIL/service management health checks and offer tactical advice, providing consultancy on incident, problem, configuration, asset, and change management.Assess existing infrastructure architecture, including its components and their interactions.Define a conceptual model for overall infrastructure solutions based on client IT strategy requirements, including architecture overview diagrams and operational models.Deliver pre-audit health checks and process reviews, implementing service improvement programs.Ensure stable operation of in-house computer software systems and network connections, acting as a liaison between clients and IT Managed Services Vendors in planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing systems, storage, and databases.Fulfill all reporting requirements in accordance with relevant government regulations.Achieve targeted results in key performance areas as outlined in operational plans.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution.A minimum of 8 years of experience in reputable firms focusing on infrastructure operations and development within the framework of Enterprise Architecture.In-depth knowledge of IT processes aligned with industry standards such as ITIL and COBIT.Strong understanding of network technologies, including LAN/WAN.Familiarity with systems such as Exchange, Active Directory, SMS, Citrix, SQL Server, and Oracle.Experience with SAN and NAS environments, as well as diskless operations.Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to scrutinize, improve, and streamline complex work processes.Proficient in a wide range of software applications.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective information delivery.A resourceful team player capable of building trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.Flexible and adaptable, thriving in environments that require prioritization and management of multiple concurrent projects.Innovative problem-solver with the ability to generate practical solutions and address complaints effectively.Goal-oriented leader who fosters a productive work environment and motivates team members to achieve high performance standards.Results-driven individual with strong planning and organizational skills, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
