Position OverviewAs a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s success by performing in-depth market research and analysis of remuneration, benefits, and policies within the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough market research to identify prevailing trends and shifts in remuneration, benefits, and policies across the industry.Utilize survey data and market intelligence to benchmark and establish competitive salary ranges for various roles. Evaluate job responsibilities to classify grading and determine suitable salary bands.Assess and propose modifications to internal salary frameworks, bonuses, and other incentive structures in alignment with market trends.Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making regarding compensation-related issues.Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and regulations governing compensation practices.Assist in the development of HR analytics tools by creating dashboards and other pertinent information channels.Candidate ProfileDemonstrated experience in human resources, specifically in compensation, employee benefits, and rewards within the financial services sector.Possession of CIPD/SHRM or a relevant professional qualification.A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Exceptional analytical capabilities with expertise in data analysis tools and Excel.Familiarity with business intelligence software, particularly PowerBI.
