To include:

Responsibilities:

• Manage in house fleet of trucks for pick up and deliveries
• Ensuring that all purchased vehicles are collected and delivered safely to the HUB within the SLA provided
• Ensure that all transferred vehicles are delivered to customer in a timely manner
• Monitor driver performance on a regular basis, identify service performance gaps and address with direct manager and work towards improving performance
• Prepare and maintain KPI reports (Delivery and pick up performance, shipment tracking, etc.) and report to line manager on a regular basis.
• Proper maintenance and service of In house fleet of trucks
• Plan and assign driver duties and in an efficient manner.
• Analyse volumes and service performance and develop reports to showcase results weekly and monthly
• Assist the team with any operational issues that impact on delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience within freight forwarding operations, ideally within Road Freight, and knowledge of the local market.
• Proven people management and leadership skills, you motivate and develop your team and achieve through your people.
• Customer-orientated and delivers excellence in service every time.
• Familiar with import and export declaration procedures and necessary knowledge.
• Experience in maintaining and/or implementing good working practices & procedures.
• A confident communicator who builds trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills are crucial to the role.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• UAE Driving License a must
