seele middle east FZE in Dubai creates unique façade projects in the Middle East. The team relies on the expertise within the seele group and therefore covers the entire spectrum of consulting, planning, production and installation.
To strengthen our team in construction at our location in Dubai, we are looking for a Senior Façade Designer.
Your tasks
- Independent development of technical solutions from concept design / tender design up to construction design
- Detailed design and engineering according to specifications and architect details
- Independent preparation of installation and workshop drawings in CAD and 3D as well as material lists
- Coordination of the approved design with the clients
- Clarification of the contract specifications
- Development of installation methods
- Resource planning and team leading
Your profile
- Profound technical qualification
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in façade industry, preferably steel and glass
- Exceptional expertise in AutoCAD and at least one other 3D software from Creo, Rhino or HiCAD
- Particular experience and interest in the implementation of sophisticated architectural and technical solutions
- Ability and willingness to integrate into an existing team
- Desire to self-develop into a team leader with possible personal growth into a design manager
- A sense of responsibility, commitment, creativity and team spirit
- Very good command of written and spoken English, a second European language is an advantage
- Experience in Middle East projects
