Score Plus – Inlingua School of Languages is looking for Business Head with the following qualification and experience:

The Business Head will oversee and supervise the company’s activities and its employees to ensure that the team is aligned with the company’s goals by creating forecast, budgets, strategies and executing them to perfection. The Business Head will report directly to the topmost executives. This position requires strong communication skills, particularly as it relates language learning. Prior knowledge in Language Learning industry will be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities: –

· Promoting and developing the company’s brand and building awareness about it with clients

· Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and influencers

· Responsible for assessing new opportunities, managing business proposals & submissions, business negotiations and closing deals

· Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

· Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities

· Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity

· Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness

· Create and maintain relationships with Corporate, Governmental and Institutional Clients.

· Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports

· Assess overall company performance against objectives

· Represent the company in events, conferences etc.

· Proactively identify and counsel team members who need to improve their skills to increase individual productivity

· Train Instructors to maintain effective classroom management and create a positive learning environment by positively resolving discipline issues and preventing distractions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
• Prior knowledge in Language Learning industry will be an advantage

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
• Bachelors or Master Degree
