The team you will be joining is well-functioning and cooperation and professional sparring is a priority for everyone. Besides effectively managing the day-today ocean operations and its key customers among others your tasks will include:

• Customer service and customer relationship
• Smart and efficient shipment execution
• Freight and local service procurement, co-ordination and vendor development
• Customs clearance and government processes
• Account management and collaboration with business development
• Manage a small team and develop our employees
• Understand and deliver targets and KPI’s
• Financial and operational housekeeping

• Have 8 years of experience with a freight forwarding company in UAE
• Have proficient knowledge of freight products rates and services
• Possess team building skills
• Are proficient IT and computer literacy skills
• Have a well-rounded personality and detailed sound knowledge of the UAE market
• Are proficient planning, organizing skills and communication skills
• Are proficient negotiation skills
