Key Responsibilities & Tasks

The Head of EMEA South HXM (Presales senior manager), is responsible for supporting the success of direct reports and the success of all employees within their broader team. Central is helping to identify development opportunities and supporting team members to achieve their goals. The senior manager is expected to know about the members the extended team and share insights with peer managers and to identify opportunities to coach and recognize employees directly, providing just-in-time feedback.

The PreSales Senior Manager leads the vision creation process and oversees the strategy execution of the HXM Presales team. S/he has the overall responsibility for directing the coordination and integration of PreSales to provide vision and direction that meet customer business drivers and focus on customer-specific value propositions.

The PreSales Senior Manager will be responsible for assisting assigned executive management in driving the development and execution of the business plan, and will serve as a senior member of the team driving strategy which translates to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets within a targeted market unit or region.

The major objectives of Senior PreSales Manager are:

Experience & Educational Requirements

15+ years of relevant sales, sales support or partnering is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required
10+ years in software, presales, consulting or product management 8+ years and 5 years of people management experience
Proficiency in the HCM domain and solution space, preferably within SAP SuccessFactors solutions

Experience in:
People Management
Performance Management
Sales and sales processes
Delivery of high volume short duration work packages
Building and motivating teams

Language:

Fluent in English, Optional additional languages like Italian, Spanish, Arabic

Education
Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
Master equivalent: optional
MBA / Ph.D.: optional
