SBS People Services ELC/C2R & On-Site Service Delivery – Gulf, will be responsible for:
- Operations Excellence for Employee Life Cycle and C2R Focal Point for Greater Gulf
- Focal Point in providing optimal customer service to the employees mostly on HR Services queries via ticketing system
- Manage Connect to Resolve queries for SBS Greater Gulf as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Regularly reviews and updates knowledge database to provide value added experiences to users
- Acting as Single Point of Contact for Onsite People Services Delivery – Gulf

Representing SBS People Services by providing and enhancing people experience targeted to Sanofi employees based in Gulf
- As a main point of contact in Gulf, manage employee’s queries in a professional manner by providing quality and timely response, and redirect to other People Services pillars and external parties for further support where required
- Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders in neighboring functions such as People Business Partners, Rewards & Performance, Accounting & Finance to ensure service delivery excellence of supporting functions in Singapore
- Provide dedicated support to employees onboarding on site, including management of employee’s access and assets, new hire orientation
- Active involvement in local People & Culture projects and initiatives and adding value to the team by channeling expertise as On-Site support
- Ensure that all Connect to Resolve processes executed in Greater Gulf are aligned with the core model and framework set by Sanofi Business Services KL Captive

Process Excellence:
- Identify room for improvement on the current process, through simplification, standardization, harmonization, and automation
- Identify and challenge tasks and processes that are not in full compliance and adherence with the core model and Sanofi new ways of working and propose remedial action plans
- Ensure complete and successful execution of remedial action plans with the aim of continuously improving the quality of C2R and On-Site Service Delivery

Compliance:
- Ensure that the day-to-day operations comply with Internal Control framework
- Fulfill Control Self-Assessment (CSA) in a timely manner
- Close all the audit findings (both Internal and External audit) and reflect findings in the relevant reporting tool
- Complete all mandatory compliance trainings in Sanofi learning platforms in a timely manner
- Comply with all HSE and security guidelines, including completion of mandatory trainings for HSE

Individual development:
- Proactively develop self via face to face and virtual curriculums offered via Sanofi learning platforms
- Active involvement in cross functional continuous improvement projects
- Update Individual Development Plan and Career Hub in Workday regularly and engage with Line Manager and People & Culture to review professional self-development
