At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a working student to join our Talent Academy Traineeship. As a Trainee – Sana Talent Academy, you will have the opportunity to discover where you want to develop your career in tech by working on short-term projects within different departments. From Sales and Marketing to Product and Information Management, you’ll get a glimpse of everything Sana has to offer. The program consists of two phases: a part-time phase and a full-time phase. Both will take approximately one year each and are designed so that you will gradually work towards finding your perfect future position within Sana.

What you’ll be doing:

You are given a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to give meaningful contributions to your team during short-term projects. Responsibilities are assigned to you based on your interests and career ambitions.

• Supporting departments (e.g. Marketing, HR, Sales) with short-term projects;
• Presenting project solutions to different stakeholders;
• Learning new skills to apply them to projects in practice.

What you’ll bring:

• Currently enrolled as a Pre-Master/Master student;
• Available for at least 16 hours per week;
• You are a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Capable of working individually and in teams;
• In control – you know how to organize and structure your work and are strong at multi-tasking.
