The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing executive-level support, particularly in international settings, and be adept at managing a variety of tasks and priorities.What you’ll be doing:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Facilitate communication and collaboration across different time zones and cultures, ensuring smooth operations. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Proactively identify and address potential issues, providing solutions to support the CEO’s objectives. Organize and maintain the CEO’s files, records, and correspondence efficiently. What you’ll bring:At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives. Proven experience working in an international environment. Ability to effectively work across different time zones and with diverse cultures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management applications.
