By coordinating and working closely with the Human Resources and GA team, the job holder will fulfill the need of the group in terms of proper reception of visitors and guests, monitor the fulfillment of compant policies related to dress code, health and sfety, attendance and work as a team as well as to keep the company a great place to work.

Purpose of the job:

The successful applicant is responsible for all activities related to reception of company visitors and guests. Welcome them, provide assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation (such as time and attendance management, mail and courier services). Provide support in promoting and organizing GWP event.

• Responsible for all reception activities to include welcoming visitors and guests, Conflict management, Security and safety, stationary, purchasing activities related to business travel.
• Prepare and maintain visitors’ logs and documentation.
• Prepare and process purchase.
• Provide support in issues related to employee’s cafeteria such as meals order and follow up.
• Mail service management (in and out).
• Coordinate internal events such as employee’s birthdays, GWP activities, etc.
• Provide support to employees in issues related to medical insurance such as forms, sick leaves
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
• Recommend, develop and maintain job related data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems such as mail service, Time attendance, travel, and others
• Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees. Other duties as assigned.

• Experience, Education and Licensure:

• University or College graduate
• Basic knowledge in human resource disciplines.
• Basic knowledge in UAE Labour laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
• Professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Language Skills:

• Fluent English languages is required.
• Ability to communicate and respond to common inquiries from employees and members of the business community. Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts.
