Samsung Electronics Hiring for Specialist – Account Receivable Job at Dubai Full Time

Check whether transaction reflected accounting and conduct tasks such as accounts/assets, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Complies with rule & process to maximize financial health. Secure a stable financial condition through cross checking and inspection

• [Accounts receivable management] Understand Account Receivables related tasks like account master management, credit check, credit line and security management, receivable matching, etc.. Perform tasks according to processes
• [Accounts payable payment] Understand the payment standard and process. Manage a contract and verify and propose payment
• [Import/Export documentation] Understand import/export process and procedures and work on documentation requirements by customers from various countries
• [Letter of Credit/Stand-by LC management] Knowledge on Letter of Credit, Stand-by LC & Payment guarantees and perform tasks required for AR collection

• Check Account Receivable status by customer accounts daily
• Check Delivery Orders in process on daily basis and coordinate with Logistics & 3PL to complete documentation required for billing
• Work with external parties (Chamber of Commerce, inspection agencies, 3PL, shipping companies, etc) for export and local shipments
• Overview of Billing and arranging Tax Invoice, Tax credit notes to customers
• Preparation of documents for presentation under Letter of Credit
• Preparation of Account statement and Reconciliation of Account Receivable transactions
• AR collection and posting in ERP
• Support A/R team members for completing daily tasks

• Experience in Account Receivable collection under trade instruments like Letter of credit, Stand-by LC and payment guarantees
• Strong background in import/export documentation process and procedures Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge using ERP system is an advantage
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
