Position Summary
- Assist IM Retail team in various BTL/Retail activities of MX division across the region.
- Brief, follow up, implementation of MX Retail elements (SIS, Fixtures, POSM Material, etc)
- Support with the daily operations of retail marketing function
Role and Responsibilities
- Accommodate daily requirements from retailers & distributors such as high res product images, spec sheets, Advertising templates, etc.
- Coordinate and follow up with Cheil for all the ongoing Projects which are briefed by Marketing Manager
- Follow up with distributors to submit their claims on time and as per SGE finance requirements
- POP allocation and dispatch to all markets
- Assist the marketing manager in preparing the LLP’s for new launches and also being an active role in the new product launches projects
- Coordinate the seasonal promotions along with sales team in order to prepare necessary information for retail’s websites
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising,
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills and should have excellent working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity of retail marketing in a Luxury/Electronic goods or FMCG with experience in GCC
- People management (Internal & External – Partners, Distributors and Agencies)
- Language English: Excellent written and spoken
- Solid understanding of product technology and passion for technology
- Retail Management – coordinate the retail branding and executions. Able to work with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Previous experience with established brands and should have assisted in in-store retail/merchandising Knowledge of:
- Branding Elements
- Fixture Types
- Latest display trends
- Good knowledge of online marketing and trends
- Great energy and initiatives, creative, resourceful and meticulous nature.
- New launches and its associated marketing tools to enhance the consumer experience
- Agency Management: Managing the agency throughout the process, from briefing all the way to invoice process at project completion.
- Coordinates the relationships between the Brand’s headquarters and Internal Teams
