You will coordinate teams of internal and external resources to produce high-quality creative and technical solutions to client briefs, working closely with our Director of Delivery to ensure quality, scope, and project profitability. You’re an excellent communicator, a strong leader, and a brilliant thinker. You’ll be in charge of businesses that define ‘premium’ to their customers, working with our top-level Business Analysts team to map out project objectives, followed by our execution teams. • Maximize project efficiency, profitability, and timeliness
• Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation
• Effectively identify and manage commercial arrangements for clients
• Map project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate internal and external staff
• Develop and control the full project-plan lifecycle Regular Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that they receive a top-class service and an excellent agency experience
• Develop and own the project budgets, timing & communication plans that deliver against agreed OKRs
• Brief tasks to internal teams and ensure smooth communication between departments, as well as timely delivery of Digital Design, Content, and Development projects
• Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report weekly to project stakeholders to keep them constantly informed of job progress, plans, and highlight problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules
• Inform all supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met

Skills and Qualifications:

• Portfolio of successful delivery of Creative Design, Content Marketing, and eCommerce projects (required)
• Strong stakeholder management skills – both client, third party, and internal (required)
• Comfortable practicing Agile Methodology within a multi-project environment (required)
• Agency experience supporting multiple simultaneous clients (required)
• High-end Luxury and/or Hospitality sector experience (preferred)
• Prince2, PMI, or similar accreditation (preferred)
• SEO, Marketing, and Strategy consultation background
