Salt Recruitment Hiring for Digital Content Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

POSITION PURPOSE

The Digital Content manager will support in creative digital content creation and website maintenance. S/he will run e-commerce websites and continually update their pages to include new products and product descriptions in line with SEO guidelines. S/he will work through web content management systems to track changes in content and check to see links are working correctly. S/he will be responsible for digital merchandising, ensuring that customer engagement is high, site or cart abandonment is low and conversions are top of mind.

The Digital Content Manager must thrive in a sometimes pressured environment. S/he must be able to adapt e-commerce content to monthly marketing activations or to optimize e-commerce sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Create well-written, trend focused and accurate Arabic and English SEO compliant copy that describes clothing, accessories and lifestyle products. The content should be adapted to Saudi clientele of brands.
• Upload and manage content through Magento and other e-commerce and CMS platforms
• Review existing websites and provide recommendations to enhance the content
• Maintain e-commerce merchandising standards across all categories
• Collaborate with other key internal team members / departments to ensure content and product pages are accurate and updated
• Liaise with internal Web Development teams to report any issues found on the websites
• Analyze performance of content with the help of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
• Drive online sales revenue and performance metrics through identifying strategic opportunities
• Collaborate within Marketing teams to animate websites for each Marketing campaign ( digital merchandising )
• Stay up-to-date with content trends and best practices as well as generate new ideas to draw our audience’s attention
