Background:Business Administration or Logistics, with not less than 1 year but not more than 3 years work experience Main Duties and Responsabilities:- Uploading customer orders- Work closely with the sales team on keeping orders updated.- Maintaining the internal sales database- Assisting the sales team with analysis and presentations- Dealing with customer queries- Continuously seek opportunities for improving the quality of information and service offered to clients and colleagues. Key Requirements:•Lateral thinking with strong problem solving ability •Strong communication skills – both verbal and written •Excellent time management skills •IT literacy (particularly excel)•Ability to identify and implement operational process improvements•Experience working in fast paced dynamic environment•Outstanding customer service skills•Experience with office administration•Experience with sales order processing is preferred – understanding the flow from order entry to invoice and warehouse dispatch•Experience in supporting a sales team is preferred•Ability to build strong relationships with the team and management•Highly organised and efficient with great attention to detail•Trustworthy, committed and self-motivated
