Job Summary
This is a people and sales function management role that will be tasked with leading a 7-10 people sales team for a leading IT systems integrator in UAE. You will be managing and delivering a top line target with a 3-5 year plan to a bigger role in the company in the future.
As Sales Director, you will be tasked with:
People Management, coaching, performance management, team and sales strategy
Top line target delivery at end of fiscal year – USD 50-60mn per annum
Reporting, forecasting and strategy
Field selling with the team, servant leadership attitude and approach
The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant, you will need the below experience to be considered:
Overall minimum 10-15 years professional sales work experience within IT / ICT
Minimum 5-7 years in a people managment and direct sales role
Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services
Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services
Hungry, motivated and eager for a competiive industry that is IT systems integration in the UAE
UAE work experience mandatory and exposure to verticals such as government, enterprise, retail, banking
