We are looking for a motivated and active Admin. / Customer service to join our team.
Responsibilities :
– Answering Inquiries (Phone Call, Email, WhatsApp, Walk-in).
– Assisting Clients and help resolve customer complaints.
– Managing client databases and preparing reports.
– Prepare reports as requested by management.
– Preparing forms and documents.
– Complete other administrative tasks as required by
the management.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
– UAE Driving license (Advantage)
