We are currently looking for HR Executive with F&B experience to work under Food Central (Member of Saif Belhasa Holding). You must be knowledgeable in:
· Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
· Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
· Handling Compensation & Benefits
· Payroll processing accurately and timely on monthly basis.
· Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management
· Providing counseling on policies and procedures
· Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
· Coordinating with PRO department on day to day basis for all staff visa and related requirements such as new visa, cancellation, renewals, amendments .
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
