We are looking for a Customer Care & Showroom specialist for Middle East to be based in pur office in Dubai.
Primary role
- Supporting order taking DXB Showroom for all IMEA
- Order submission & coordination with respective departments
- Sample set management
- Showroom coordination
- Supporting Events
- Clients hospitality
- Track record clients/showroom usage
Secondary duties
- Office procurement
- Suppliers management
- Bookings
- LPO & Quotations
- Supporting reporting for employees – leaves, expenses
- General office duties
- Visa process
Other Information
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Excellent English is compulsory (any other language will be a plus);
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to listen and to manage a commercial relationship;
- Problem Solving Skills;
- Team player;
- Dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic attitude.
