Document Controller
Job Location : UAE
Job Description:
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• serving the guest and clients
• keep the material library arranged
• maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• typing, preparing and collating reports
• filing
• organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• managing databases
• prioritizing workloads
• liaising with relevant organizations and clients
• coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
Requirements:
• Must have Fit Out company document controller / receptionist experience.
• Bachelor degree / or diploma holder.
• preferably female staff.
