Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician/Plumber to join our team. As an Electrician/Plumber, you will be responsible for performing electrical and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in both electrical and plumbing systems, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. This role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and local building codes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks in residential or commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine wiring layouts, pipe placements, and fixture installations.
• Install, repair, or replace electrical systems, including wiring, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
• Install, repair, or replace plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues, identify the root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Test electrical and plumbing systems using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and within specified timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs, material usage, and service reports.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and building codes related to electrical and plumbing systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing expert advice on electrical and plumbing matters.

Skills

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrician and/or Plumber, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
• Valid electrical and/or plumbing license, as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Familiarity with electrical and plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using electrical and plumbing tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues effectively.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and contractors in a professional manner.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
