[Saaiq Properties] is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the company. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files and documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Additionally, your role will involve drafting and editing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with various projects as assigned. You will also be expected to handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members and responding to inquiries as necessary.
The successful candidate for this position will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with colleagues, clients, and other external stakeholders regularly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications is also required.
