Operation Officer is responsible for handling all operational activities for Ruya Bank. The unit handles activities such as – account onboarding, payments, card/ Chequebook deliveries, card operations, reconciliation, & process re-engineering. Operations team is engaged in driving key strategic initiatives and projects with a focus on BAU activities. Review account opening documents and proceed with opening accounts or exiting the relationship.Managing ADHOC customer escalations as and when it comes from senior management.Processing Account maintenance activities including but not limited to (Name, mobile, email, ID docs, signature update)Processing customer letters in a timely manner to avoid breach of TAT. Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.Managing payments related activities using FTS and related systems. Simultaneously manage multiple operational responsibilities while exercising a strong ability & multitask. Collaborate with other departments to fix all production related issues in a timely manner.
