Job Description:
§ Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival during the night shift and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
§ Ensure a high level of personalized service is provided to guests, addressing their needs and concerns effectively for guests arriving or departing during the night.
§ Supervise the night staff, including front desk personnel, security officers, and housekeeping, ensuring proper staffing levels and performance.
§ Ensure the efficient handling of phone calls, reservations, wake-up calls, and guest requests during the night shift and handle any emergency situations, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security issues, following established protocols and procedures.
§ Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel property by implementing and enforcing security procedures and protocols by conducting regular inspections of public areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:
§ Open to Asian and CIS nationals
§ 35 to 45 years old
§ Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
§ Availability to work during nighttime hours and on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
§ Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems.
§ Knowledge of safety and security procedures and protocols.
