Job Description:
Create and develop innovative recipes for a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts, and experiment with flavors, textures, and presentation techniques to produce unique and high-quality products.
Execute precise baking techniques and oversee the production process of pastries and desserts and ensure consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all baked goods.
Collaborate with management to design and update pastry menus and create visually appealing and attractive pastry displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the production process and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
Supervise and train pastry staff, providing guidance on baking techniques, recipe execution, and time management.
Qualifications:
30 to 45 years old
At least 6 years of UAE experience in the F&B industry (preferably pastry/bake shop)
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
