Position Title: SEN – Teacher with SENCO Qualification Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the pioneers Investments groups in UAE Job Description: – To plan and organize activities and opportunities to extend learning. – To produce accurate and effective observations to assess the child’s progress and the effectiveness of the learning environment. – To support the development of the children through the early year’s framework. – To manage the children’s behaviour and routines in line with the settings policies and procedures. – Help to determine the strategic development of SEN policy and provision in the nursery – Have day-to-day responsibility for: • Implementing SEN policy • Co-ordinating any specific provisions for individual pupils with SEN, including those with education, health, and care (EHC) plans – Advise staff about SEN strategy and provision – Work closely with staff, parents, and special needs institution – Provide developmental reports on weekly and monthly bases

Requirements
Qualifications: – Female, 35 years old and below – Must have a Certificate in childcare (CACHE 3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Education – At least 2 years relevant work experience – Must have a Certificate of Special Education Need – Immediate joiners will be prioritized
