The Role
Position Title: F&B Operations Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A newly opened branch of a 5-star Hotel based in Dubai Job Description: • Maintain the F&B Management invoices and journals, manage and monitor expenditure associated with catering equipment repair, manage the asset register, and assist in budget setting each year for the department • Interact with the whole team regularly to have a full understanding of customers feedback, delivery improvement, issues, and appropriate plans for project progress • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements • Ensure that the industry standard about safety and hygiene is always followed and that the team is well trained to the latest updates • Coordinate between all parties: Contractors, Employees, and Kitchen suppliers

Requirements
